Hydroponics farming is a modern farming method in which plants are cultivated without using soil as a growing medium. Instead of using soil, plants are grown in a water-based solution that contains all the essential nutrients they need to grow. The roots are submerged in this nutrient solution, allowing the plants to absorb nutrients.

Eeki utilizes sustainable farming technology to enable low-cost, year-round production of high-quality vegetables. Our farming technology features patented growing chambers designed to create an ideal environment for plant roots. These chambers timely circulate nutrient-rich water, resulting in accelerated plant growth, increased yields, and optimal pH & conductivity levels.
Complementing the growing chambers, our IoT (Internet of Things) system automates essential farm operations like irrigation, climate control, and data analysis. The IoT control mechanism includes sensor, master, and controller.
For a visual demonstration of how growing chambers and IoT technologies unite to grow high-quality vegetables, watch this video!
Eeki’s farming technology offers several benefits compared to traditional farming methods:
Eeki’s proprietary farming technology, which includes patented growing chambers and an IoT (Internet of Things) system, is presently compatible for farm usage only. However, we’re actively working to bring our farming technology to urban areas, enabling people to grow vegetables at home.
A growing chamber is a controlled space where plants are grown under specific conditions without using any growing media (soil or coco-peat).
It operates by regulating key environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, pH, and electrical conductivity to provide ideal growing conditions to the plants. The growing chamber’s insulation properties maintain these conditions consistently.
In the growing chamber, plants’ roots are suspended in the nutrient-rich, RO-purified water. Through this process, plants receive the exact nutrients they need for optimal growth.
To know more about how we grow vegetables in growing chambers without soil, watch this video now!
The use of growing chambers offers several advantages:
Eeki uses automation in farming with an IoT control system. It is used to automate important farm tasks like irrigation, climate control, and data management. Our IoT mechanism incorporates cost-effective devices developed by us to carry out various tasks, including:
To discover how IoT is changing the Indian farming industry, watch this video now!
Eeki currently uses 2nd Generation Growing Chambers that lower the root zone temperature by 10-12 °C. Apart from temperature, the chamber’s insulation properties can regulate other important factors such as humidity, pH, and electrical conductivity to provide ideal growing conditions to the plants.
Our future plans include developing 3rd Generation Growing Chambers with evaporative cooling, improving plant growth, nutrient absorption, and growing conditions.
Don’t forget to watch this video where our co-founder Amit Kumar shares the evolution of growing chambers.
At Eeki’s farm, the automation system gathers data of the farm and plants, which is then examined to identify patterns in plant growth. If any deviations in these patterns are detected, the team investigates the issue and works on finding solutions.
Before selecting an optimal farm location, we assess the following factors:
At Eeki, the farming infrastructure is built through this systematic process:
We also conduct regular inspections and repairs to ensure long-term functionality of farming infrastructure.
